ARCH Signed an MOU with Jaipur Rugs

College hosted a vibrant cultural show and dinner evening for the international
delegation of the World Craft Council - Asia Pacific Region. The event brought
together prominent leaders from the craft sector, dedicated artisans, and
industry experts, celebrating the rich heritage and future of craftsmanship.
ARCH College of Design & Business has signed
an MOU with Jaipur Rugs, a globally renowned name in the handmade carpet
industry, celebrated for its dedication to preserving traditional craftsmanship
and empowering artisans since 1978.
This partnership is part of the Co-Life Project under the EUROPEAN COMMISSION's
Erasmus+ Programme, a three-year initiative launching in January 2024. The
project focuses on Co-Designing Learning for Impact-Focused Entrepreneurship,
bringing together local businesses, non-academic entities, and key
stakeholders. Its primary aim is to foster social inclusion and sustainable
growth through knowledge-sharing and intercultural collaboration.
Through impactful entrepreneurial activities, the Co-Life Project seeks to
generate positive social, economic, and environmental outcomes in both Indian
and EU communities. By integrating sustainable practices and fostering
entrepreneurial opportunities, this initiative aspires to contribute to
long-term sustainable development.
