The Business Incubation Cell at ARCH was inaugurated on 2nd March 2017 by Ms Kiran Maheshwari, the then Rajasthan Minister for Higher Education. Design Business Incubator (hubIN) at ARCH College of Design & Business focused on Creative entrepreneurship was set up to facilitate the necessary mentoring and networking connections required to provide support to students to find the right professional opportunities. The industry-oriented emphasis on learning at ARCH focuses on employability making it a favourite destination for companies.
From the ideation stage to preparing a prototype, through to the pilot stage, to start production, the incubation cell aims to nurture a culture of entrepreneurship in the creative minds of young designers, so that their ideas metamorphose into new products or services suitable for commercial utilisation.
ARCH’s Design Business Incubator (hubIN) focused on Creative entrepreneurship facilitates the necessary mentoring and networking connections required to help foster the development of scalable business models based on transformational designs and innovative thinking and achieve commercial success through 'start-up' enterprises.
The objective of the ARCH Accelerator is to identify, build, accelerate and showcase start-ups based in the institution. Arch Accelerator is an 8 Week-long structured program, consisting of 7 exhaustive workshops, followed by a Pitching Event where start-ups from ARCH pitch in front of Mentors, a Jury and Investors to seek their valuable guidance, feedback and also a potential investment.
