Archana Surana shared her insights on how aligning one's profession with one's passion significantly enhances job satisfaction and productivity, contributing to better mental well-being and work-life balance. She highlighted that 74% of professionals experience higher job satisfaction when their work resonates with their passions.
Archana also emphasized the strategic importance of innovation in today’s business landscape. According to a Deloitte report, she noted that 62% of new startups in 2024 were founded on innovative business models (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, 2024), and 89% of companies view innovation as essential for staying competitive. Archana stressed that creativity and presenting products in unique ways are crucial for sustaining business success, reflecting her commitment to fostering innovation at ARCH College of Design & Business.
