Finale Keynote Address- Pink City Design Confluence 2022

Mr Surya Vanka, Founder & Chief Designer, Authentic Design Former Director of User Experience, Microsoft joined the ceremony for the Finale Keynote Address where he shared a new paradigm that is emerging in the world of design - Unleashing Swarm Creativity and its 12 principles as a way to take on the most urgent and complex challenges faced by the society by unleashing the raw creativity of ordinary people.
Through design thinking exercises, Mr Surya discusses how he has solved major social problems, such as gender discrimination and the opioid crisis, and how leaders can step back to create more value from the "swarm."
