Panel on Women in Design Leadership- Changing Heartsets

In an exclusive discussion on Women in Design Leadership, the panel led by Hema Yadav, Director Vamnicom; Shipra Mathur, Founder-PEN, Consulting Editor-Global Stratview; Pooja Mukul, Director- Jaipur Foot Rehabilitation Centre, BMVSS Jaipur Foot Organisation; Adeline, based out of Berlin, helps women migrants set up businesses in Europe. She is a graphic designer who designs jewellery and ARCH College President Archana Surana moderated the discussion. With women in Design Leadership, the session emphasised the importance of changing mindsets and heart sets and how women make a difference on industry boards with their heart sets that enable companies and industries to operate in the future, inclusively.
