Curtain Raiser - Pink City Design Confluence 2022

At the Grand Curtain Raiser of Pink City Design Confluence on 9th March 2022, Princess Gaurav Kumari, General Secretary, Princess Diya Kumari Foundation (PDKF); Mr Mahavir Sharma, Chair-TiE India Angels & RAIN, Trustee-TiE Global; Prof. Bhargav Mistry Dean- Design Culture and Ms Archana Surana, Founder & Director- ARCH College of Design & Business inaugurated the Design Culture Floor and DesignDhara Exhibition.

Emphasising the need to be vocal for locals by supporting small home brands, Princess Gaurav Kumari quoted Design as pervasive to explain how the walls of the pink city have served as a source of inspiration for her, from the ceilings of the rooms to the patterns on her grandmother's sarees. Mr Mahavir Pratap Sharma explained why a good artist and a creative person must connect with the audience through their work & why their creativity should be well understood by the customer to grow as an entrepreneur.
