Women in Tech: Session by Neha Katta

An impactful session was conducted by Neha Katta on 23rd March 2018 at ARCH. Neha is a Chartered Accountant who left a well-paying job to become an entrepreneur. She started her venture Codesign Labs which is a truly global company. In her session, she shared her journey as an entrepreneur with students. While she shared her journey, she motivated students to pursue their drams and never give up even if they find it hard to work on complex issues. She unfolded her experiences and said that women are never encouraged to become entrepreneurs and she too was discouraged but she could still achieve her dreams due to her determination. Dilnawaz Khan, who is also the co-founder of Codesign labs interacted with the students and emphasized on importance of Accelerator program.
